POSER, operated by Nolimitsky Studio, uses data to provide website accounts, studio subscription access, and POSER Booth device activation. This policy explains how these services use data.
Account data and Google sign-in
When you sign in with Google, our authentication service receives your Google account identity, email address, name, and available profile photo. This data identifies your account and connects it to studio access. POSER does not request or receive your Google password.
For email sign-in, your email and password are sent to the Supabase authentication service. We also process sign-in sessions so you can access your account. POSER account sign-in does not grant access to Gmail or Google Drive contents.
Studios, subscriptions, and devices
We store studio identity, account membership and roles, and subscription plan, status, and validity period. To activate Booth and enforce plan device limits, the app sends a hashed device fingerprint, device name, platform, app version, and activity time. The activation flow does not send the raw machine identifier.

Photos and optional Google Drive
Account sign-in and subscription activation do not upload session photos to the POSER account service. Booth processes photos on the studio device. If you enable Google Drive, its connection and consent are separate; session files may be uploaded to the Drive you select. This integration uses drive.file permission for files created or opened through the app.
Studio operators are responsible for customer photo notices and storage settings on their studio devices and Drive.
Service providers and data sharing
Google processes Google sign-in and Drive features you enable. Supabase processes authentication and account, studio, subscription, and device activation data. The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting; the hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical logs to operate and secure the service. These services are also subject to their providers' policies.
Data is used to provide service features and support, rather than being sold or used for targeted advertising. Google data is not used to train general-purpose AI models. Operator access is limited to operational and support needs; data may be disclosed when necessary to meet legal obligations.
Sessions, security, and storage

Account and access data is retained as needed to provide the service, handle support, and meet applicable obligations. Once a deletion request is verified, data no longer needed will be deleted; records required for legal obligations or dispute resolution may be retained on a limited basis. Local photos and Drive files remain subject to storage and deletion by the studio operator.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can revoke the Google connection through your Google account settings. To request access, correction, account or data deletion, or registered device changes, contact Nolimitsky Studio through WhatsApp below. Include your POSER account email and request; do not send passwords or sign-in tokens. We verify account ownership before processing requests.
Consultation forms and policy changes
Website consultation forms prepare a WhatsApp message on your device. It is sent only when you continue and send it in WhatsApp; sent messages may be used to respond to your consultation. Policy updates will be published on this page with a revision date; significant changes to data use will be communicated through the service or account contact.
